1. Eligibility for Returns & Replacements

We accept return or replacement requests only under the following situations:

• You received a damaged, defective, leaked or wrong product
• The product received is expired
• The packaging is not opened / unused / sealed
• Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery

Note: Products that are opened, used, or tampered with are not eligible for return due to food safety and hygiene reasons.

2. Items Not Eligible for Return

• Used or partially consumed products
• Opened packaging or broken seal after delivery
• Products purchased under special offers / sales / discount combos
• Products damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling

3. Return Process

To initiate a return or replacement:

1. Contact our support team through WhatsApp / Email
2. Provide Order ID, reason for return, and photo/video proof
3. Our team will verify and approve the request
4. Pickup will be arranged from the delivery address (where available)

After receiving and inspecting the product, we will notify you about approval or rejection.

4. Refund Policy

If the return is approved:

• Refund will be processed within 7–10 working days
• Refund will be issued to the original payment method
• For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be issued via bank transfer/UPI

Refund not applicable if:

• Product has been used or seal is broken
• Return request is raised after 7 days
• Product purchased under offer / combo / sale

5. Order Cancellation

• Orders can be cancelled before dispatch only
• If the order is already shipped, cancellation is not allowed

Refund for prepaid cancelled orders will be processed within 5–7 working days

6. Replacement

If the issue is verified (wrong / damaged / defective product), a replacement will be shipped within 3–5 working days.
