Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We accept return or replacement requests only in the following cases:
- Damaged or defective product received
- Wrong product delivered
- Product packaging was opened or tampered at the time of delivery
- Expired product delivered
To be eligible, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with images and proof of the issue.
Non-Returnable Products
For safety and hygiene reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Opened or used products
- Products without original packaging
- Products damaged due to customer misuse
- Food products purchased under discounts, combo offers, or special sale
Refund Process
Once your return request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
- Refund will be issued to the original payment method / UPI / Bank transfer
- Cash on Delivery (COD) orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
Replacement Policy
If any issue is verified, we will:
- Replace the product at no extra cost, OR
- Provide store credit / coupon code for future purchases
Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase or before dispatch.
- Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
